We are constantly developing GuitarGandhi, and have some very exciting new things coming up.
Recently, i have made an agreement with Zilla cabinets in the U.K. Most people in the Pro Guitar community know about Zilla, and their excellent guitar cabinets.
Personally, i purchased 3 Zilla 212 cabinets back in 2015, where i was celebrating our 30th anniversary with my guitartrio. So i wanted to build a wet/dry/wet rig, and Zilla built me 3 cabinets, each equipped with a Celestion V30 in the bottom, and a Creamback on top. Paul also built me new housing for my Marshall, plus a rack case for fx. All good fun, and beautiful work.
And the speaker cabinets are excellent, very well built and beautiful, so the whole process was smooth, and Paul is a great guy. And the idea of a coop got stuck in my brain.
So here we are – 6 years later, and with GuitarGandhi i finally had a reason to do it. I called Paul in the U.K. and we got off very well, (even 6 years ago) and with Brexit making business a little more troublesome on the EU side, this seemd to be a perfect time to do it.
So we are now showing our own line of Zilla cabinets, with “GuitarGandhi by Zilla” logo, and built to our specs. Basically a selection of the most popular Zilla models, but with our logo, choice of colours and speakers. And more importantly – YOU do not have to wait for production, but can get a cabinet from our warehouse.
At this point i have not really decided, but in my mind we will have a standard cabinet in black, with no frills. And then a more luxurious version, with leather corners, cool tolex covering and grills.
We will be stocking 1×12″ in two versions, a slanted 212 (Fatboy) and did you notic – its really hard to find a good 2×10″ for your Fenderish setup – we will have that, with a cute oval open back.
Its all about the fun and looking good on stage!

Anyway – keep an eye out for GuitarGandhi by Zilla. We will of course make the announcement on Facebook and Instagram, once we have the first cabs in stock – we are at full swing!
