Available: August/Sept/Oct The Suhr Standard Legacy guitars, are everything we were looking for, as we wanted to recreate a model with the 1984 Knopfler/Pensa Suhr vibe, but without the hefty price tag. All of a sudden Suhr announced these "secret" guitars in early 2021, and we have been so excited about being able to break the news. All of these guitars are made from an African Okoume body, with a figured Maple top, and available with either Floyd Rose or Gotoh 510 tremolo. All are equipped with EMG SA/SA/85 pickups, and a black gloss headstock. These guitars are the 80's revisited, and if you once fell in love with that era, where Pensa Suhr, Valley Arts and other great builders were turning out great guitars, its impossible not to love these instruments from John Suhr & Co. -

This 2-Tone S-57 has a nice dark glow, almost Mahogany like, and comes with a nice light aging. Normally you will see a V neck on a 57 model, but we chose the ever popular C shape, that 99% of our customers seem to go for, and with 10" radius. We can't help, but love these great guitars - even with a 12 month delivery time! -
The OSO is a new addition to the Suhr line, yet it seems very familiar. With a 24.625" shorter scale, this guitar is very comfortable, and easy to play, plus it gives a crispy sound with many overtones. The body is made from Alder, adding an airy and open sounding response to the two SSV/SSH humbuckers. The OSO comes with a 5 way switch, adding single coil options, plus a Suhr 2 Post tremolo. Our Drejer guitars, were actually made, as an example how you can use our DYI parts. But the result was so good, that we decided to build a few, and they have already become popular items, at a very competitive pricepoint. Drejer is the name of our long time friend, who has serviced and built guitars for +40 years. He is basically retired, so we don't do many, but we can persuade him to assemble a few, as a hobby. The attention to detail is astonishing, and we have already sold a few, with very happy customers as a result. We use DiMarzio pickups and prewired hardware. -

The Suhr Paulownia Series, have become popular, due the low weight, and the reponsive tone. Paulownia is a "new" wood, when it comes to guitarmaking. Due to its density and light weight, it has proven a great option to all the known species. These guitars are a limited run. -

The Alt-T is a Semihollow T model, sporting two Suhr SSV humbuckers. This particular model comes in the VNA - Vintage Natural Finish, and leads you straight back to the 70's Thinline vibe. The Alt-T guitars are responsive and airy, yet with a tight focused core, and wonderful sustain. The SSVs sound great for both overdriven and clean sound, and this guitar appeals to many kinds of players, from Blues, Jazz to rock. -

So yet another fusion of models, with the very comfy 10” radius neck on a 52. The Lollar p.ups are doing a great job, conveying the rich and twangy tone of this beatiful guitar. What a piece! -

We traded this one in for another guitar, and its as new, and has only been used in a home studio. The Modern Satin features a pau ferro fingerboard, versatile electronics, and a V60LP middle pickup (HSH models only). The Modern Satin retains many of the specifications of the original including stainless steel frets and proprietary Suhr locking tuners. There are many reasons to love African Okoume: it is beautiful, it sounds great, and it is lightweight. The Modern Satin was created to celebrate the sound and beauty of this tone wood. This S-63 was actually meant to be an S-57, but the neck has a 60's "C" shape, and we went for a 3 Ply pickguard. Ash Body, nice C shaped 10' Radius neck, Lollar Imperial humbucker. Normally we order everything Light Aged, but this one comes with a Medium Aging. Weighs in at: 3.375 Kg -

This T-63 is another great addition to our Nash collection, sporting two Lollar Imperial Humbuckers. Finished in Sherwood Green, this guitar really stands out. This particular guitar has yet another great and comfy neck. A little more chunky, compared to its peers, and we know many of you like that. Its not like a 52, and its still a C, but maybe a tad meatier. Lots of tone and sustain in this guitar. Even before plugging it in, it sings very nicely, and great tones from the Imperials. You get the fat overdriven sound, with great overtones. A good T, matched with humbuckers, gives you so much to work with. And if you roll back the volume a bit, you can easily find crisp, twangy sounds here. -

The Nash T-69, is a semiacoustic Thinline model, with two single coil pickups. This one comes with a double Cream Binding, and we choose an Ash body, which has a nice grain compared to Alder. AND it weighs in at only 2.75Kg / 6 lbs The semiacoustic body, with its F-hole, adds a little more bite and life, compared to a standard T model. A nice Maple neck adds a little extra twang and attack. We decided to go with the ever popular C shape neck on this guitar, and combined with the 10" radius, this is a nice and comfy neck to play. Like always, the guitar comes with Lollar pickups, a Nash retro case, and a lot of LOVE ! -
